Job Description

Snapshot of what we’re looking for

Looking to do purpose-driven work for some of the biggest CPG brands in the world? Like to guide concepting and ideation? How about shaping the narrative for client presentations? Can you get into the details and lead the team to success? Are you highly organized, keeping teams on track? If so, this could be a great role for you.

Our ACD-Copywriter works in partnership with an ACD-Art Director, both reporting into a CD on the Unilever team. As an ACD, you’ll have direct reports (typically 1-3 team members) and take the lead on a variety of projects.

Ideally, this candidate will be an ACD already, or have 3-5+ years as a Senior Copywriter. This is a working role where you’ll have the opportunity to lead and be an individual contributor on the work itself, about 80/20.

The Unilever team

As the largest team at Arc, the Unilever team is high-volume and high-profile. We won 5 Reggie Awards and 6 Effie Awards based on our first year of work with the client. Sure, a high volume of the work consists of turnkey commerce executions, but there are huge creative opportunities as well.

Our creative work consists of retailer-specific activations for accounts like Walmart, Target and Kroger as well as national shopper activations for brands like Dove, Degree, Knorr and Dollar Shave Club.
